Jeffrey W. Simpson, Vice President of Operations, has 36 years of construction industry experience and has actively managed multiple projects from acquisition through dedication. He has a strong background in systems implementation, cost accounting, contract administration, and project financing. He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Jeffrey holds a B.S. in Finance from Smeal College of Business, Pennsylvania State University.
