Project Closeout

Talson employs a systematic process for the project closeout. This process works toward accomplishing the following: verifying and documenting information necessary to operating and maintaining the facility and its systems and/or subsystems. Talson develops checklists to ensure all technical information, warranties, O&M manuals, As-builts, training materials, and videos are available prior to start-up and properly transmitted at turnover. Talson will assist in ensuring all equipment is installed, tested, and capable of being operated and maintained according to an Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) document. The extensive expertise of the Talson Solutions Commissioning Support Services Team helps the Owner in implementing all aspects of MEP systems’ functionality.
