Talson believes that proactive procurement and contracting methods can minimize ambiguous and onerous terms and conditions, which often lead to costly and lengthy issues such as confusion, bid protests, contract modification requests, disputes, and claims.

As part of the pre-construction solicitation, our team will develop and conduct a formal and organized pre-award qualification process. Talson will help the client prepare agendas and make presentations for pre-bid conferences, emphasizing interaction among stakeholders, their interdependencies, and the need for cooperation. Additionally, our team, upon client request, will visit the project site with prospective bidders to discuss logistics, storage space, staging areas, access to the work, and disposal of materials, in conjunction with the services provided at the pre-bid conference.

This knowledge has been gathered from numerous projects for clients, including agencies and municipalities, in the region.
