Talson is well-versed in providing compliance, monitoring and verification services to support contracting goals for Minority, Women, Disadvantaged, and Disabled Owned Business Enterprises (M/W/DBE/DSBE) and minority, female and local resident workforce diversity goals. Talson conducts site visits and reviews contractor and subcontractor certified payrolls to calculate manhour totals and appropriate data into meaningful information for comparison to project goals and evaluates contractor performance / responsibilities for its Commercial Useful Function within a contract agreement. Additionally, Talson monitors M/W/DBE/DSBE subcontract commitments and related disbursements to assess progress against contracting goals established. Talson has experience assessing contractors’ compliance to wage rates including Federal Davis-Bacon requirements for certified payroll and prevailing wage rates.
